Preseason All-American Blake Griffin scored 17 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead No. 12 Oklahoma to a 94-39 exhibition win over Cameron University on Saturday.
Griffin went 6-for-6 from the field and added two blocks and two steals for the Sooners. Freshman Willie Warren added 15 points on 6-for-14 shooting.
Reserve Cade Davis scored 14 points, including 4-for-7 from 3-point range, and Oklahoma opened a 51-13 halftime lead. The Sooners finished with a 48-25 rebounding advantage.
Dave Smith led the Aggies, a member of the Division II Lone Star Conference, with 11 points in the first game for new Cameron coach Wade Alexander.

Georgia Tech’s Clinch to sit out for poor grades.
Georgia Tech guard Lewis Clinch will miss at least the first seven games of his senior season because he is academically ineligible.
Coach Paul Hewitt announced on Friday that the 6-foot-3 guard would not play during the fall semester, which ends Dec. 12. He can return to the team after that if he regains his eligibility.
Clinch started 14 of 32 games last season and averaged 9.0 points. Georgia Tech opens the season next Friday against Winston-Salem State.
