Atty. says Dirk Nowitzkis ex-fiancee not pregnant

Cristal Taylor, 38, is serving a four-year prison sentence in Missouri following her May 6 arrest at Nowitzkis Dallas home on a probation violation.
Taylor had told The Dallas Morning News she was pregnant with Nowitzkis child. But Nowitzki attorney Robert Hart said a pregnancy test sought through a July court order has come back negative.
As we suspected, we did not believe her story, Hart told the Morning News. We received written confirmation that she is not pregnant from the department of corrections medical accountability records system in Vandalia, Mo.
Taylors Texas-based attorney, Scott Renick, told ESPN: I dont know if she was never pregnant, I just dont know and I may never know. St. Louis-area attorney Matthew Fry represented Taylor in her criminal case, but said he has no knowledge of the medical records.
Messages left for Hart and Taylor by The Associated Press were not immediately returned.
Taylor was arrested in May on a 2006 theft of services charge involving dental work. She had been on probation after pleading guilty in 1999 in Missouri to forgery and felony stealing.
